I have been a customer for a couple of years now, I have moved from Liverpool to St Helens and really struggled to find a high end salon in the area… EVENTUALLY, I found Helen French, which is actually on my door step…lucky for me… I have always had fabulous treatments here, but never written a review and thought it was definitely time I reviewed this fabulous salon…

I LOVE the Environ products and Helen is FANTASTIC in delivering a visibly noticeable Environ facial … I’m hooked on them …used the products for 18 months now and have noticed a noticeable difference..

I also booked a Clarins exfoliating back scrub with back massage, I chose the massage due to pains in my mid back, neck and shoulder… (I think its an age thing) Melissa’s massage was perfect for me!!! She well and truly got rid of those knots…I woke up this morning with no aches or pains, which was a welcome change (her massage really helped…definitely booking another with her …Thank you Helen and Melissa for your treatments!

ps… all the girls are brilliant, I’ve had (and so has my husband and son) various treatment with all of the girls, Hannah, Jade, Catherine, Amelia, Emma and Gaynor… Helen, you do have a professional set of knowledgeable and professional staff…
